Izolace kabelu REV 0032210505

The REV 0032210505 cable insulation provides protective covering for electrical and data cables, helping to reduce wear, prevent abrasion and improve the tidiness of installations. Supplied as a single piece, this black cable insulation measures 1.5 m in length and fits applications with a minimum diameter of 4.5 cm. It is intended for use where a robust outer layer is required to protect cable bundles from mechanical damage and to improve organisation in both professional and DIY settings.

Advantages

The cable insulation offers consistent mechanical protection along its full length and is made in a neutral black colour that integrates into most environments. Its 1.5 m length makes it suitable for covering medium-length runs or for combining multiple pieces on longer installations. The specified minimum diameter ensures a secure fit around bundles without excessive compression, while the single-piece supply simplifies purchasing and inventory for small projects.

Suitable for

• Protecting power and communication cable bundles from abrasion and accidental contact
• Organising cables in office, server rack or home AV installations
• Insulating exposed cable sections in workshops or temporary installations

Key specifications

• Length: 1.5 m
• Minimum inner diameter: 4.5 cm
• Colour: Black
• Sold as: single piece
• Application: cable protection and insulation for electrical and data runs

How to use

Measure the cable run to confirm that the 1.5 m length and the minimum diameter are appropriate for the bundle to be protected. Slide the insulation over the cable bundle or wrap it according to the product design; if necessary, cut to length with suitable tools and secure the ends with compatible fasteners or electrical tape to prevent movement. Ensure connections and service points remain accessible and avoid compressing the cable bundle beyond recommended diameters to maintain electrical and thermal performance.

Recommendations

Use the insulation in dry, ventilated environments and avoid exposure to solvents or sharp edges that could damage the outer surface. For permanent outdoor installations or where chemical or high-temperature exposure is expected, verify material compatibility with the specific environment before installation. Regularly inspect the insulation for signs of wear or damage and replace if protective properties are compromised.
