InLine patch kabel SF/UTP Cat.5e hnědý 5 m

The InLine Patch Cable SF/UTP Cat.5e brown 5m is a 5-metre Cat.5e twisted pair network cable with SF/UTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. It supports Gigabit Ethernet (up to 1000 Mbit/s) and is suitable for connecting switches, routers, sockets, patch panels and network cards with a maximum frequency of 125 MHz.

Advantages

SF/UTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving signal quality in environments with potential noise. Cat.5e specification enables Gigabit speeds for typical LAN and office applications. The RJ-45 connectors provide standard compatibility with network devices, and the 5 m length offers flexibility for typical patching and device connections. The brown colour helps with colour-coded cable management.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches and routers in local networks
• Patch panel to wall socket connections
• Network interface card connections for desktop devices
• Office and server rack patching where 5 m length is required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.5e (SF/UTP)
• Length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Performance: up to 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Maximum frequency: 125 MHz
• Colour: Brown
• Compatible cabling: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)

How to use

Insert one RJ-45 connector into the network port of a switch, router, patch panel or device and the other connector into the corresponding port. Ensure connectors click into place and test the connection using network diagnostics or device status indicators. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For rack installations, secure excess length with cable ties or management accessories to maintain order and airflow.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the InLine SF/UTP Cat.5e cable for short to medium-length patching within network cabinets, offices and workstation areas. Avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines and maintain proper bend radius to preserve signal integrity.
