InLine patch kabel SF/UTP Cat.5e červený 5m

The InLine Patch Cable SF/UTP Cat.5e red 5m is a 5-metre Cat.5e twisted-pair network cable with SF/UTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. It is designed for connecting network components such as switches, routers, wall sockets, patch panels and network cards, and supports Gigabit Ethernet (1 Gb/s) at up to 125 MHz.

Advantages

SF/UTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for more stable signal transmission. Cat.5e specification supports Gigabit speeds at the stated frequency. RJ-45 connectors on both ends ensure compatibility with standard network ports. The 5 m length provides flexibility for installation, and the red jacket makes the cable visually distinguishable in cabling runs.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches and routers
• Patch panels and wall sockets
• Network cards in desktop and server systems
• Home and office LAN wiring requiring visible/coded cabling

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports of the devices you want to connect, for example between a switch and a computer or between a patch panel and a wall socket. Ensure connectors are fully seated and that cable routing avoids sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For structured cabling, label both ends if needed and secure the cable along cable trays or ties to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

Use this SF/UTP Cat.5e cable for standard Gigabit Ethernet connections up to 125 MHz. Avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power lines or large electrical motors to minimise potential interference. For longer runs or higher bandwidth requirements consider Cat6 or higher standards.
