InLine patch kabel, Cat.6A, S/FTP, PE venkovní, černý, 20 m

InLine Patch cable Cat.6A S/FTP PE outdoor black 20m is a professional outdoor LAN patch cable designed for high-speed network connections. The cable features double S/FTP shielding (PiMf) and a UV-, oil- and water-resistant polyethylene (PE) jacket, making it suitable for outdoor installations including IP video systems and PoE/PoE+ surveillance setups. It supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10 Gbps) with a maximum frequency of 500 MHz and is compatible with switches, routers, hubs, network cards and other active and passive network devices in professional and industrial environments.

Advantages

The double S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, ensuring stable high-speed transmission. The PE outer jacket provides resistance to ultraviolet light, oil and moisture for reliable outdoor operation. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors and Cat.6A specification enable up to 10 Gbit/s data rates and compatibility with 10GBase-T equipment.

Suitable for

• Outdoor IP video surveillance systems (including PoE/PoE+ cameras)
• Connections between switches, routers and network equipment in external environments
• Data centre and server farm links where outdoor-rated cabling is required
• High-speed 10 Gigabit network segments

How to use

Install the cable by connecting RJ-45 plugs to the corresponding ports on switches, routers, cameras or other network devices. Route the cable outdoors along secure pathways, avoiding sharp bends and mechanical stress. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and locked to guarantee proper electrical contact. For PoE/PoE+ devices, confirm the power budget of the switch or injector before powering connected equipment.

Recommendations

For outdoor installations, protect termination points and connections from direct water ingress using weatherproof junction boxes or grommets. Avoid prolonged exposure of connectors to direct sunlight and inspect outdoor runs periodically for physical damage. Use appropriate strain relief at mounting points to extend cable life.
