Forma na dort de Buyer 3013.30

The de Buyer 3013.30 cake mould is a spring stainless steel frame with a square form and sharp angles, designed for mousse- and cream-based desserts, sponge cakes, brownies and Joconde biscuits. The flexible but sturdy frame returns to its original shape after use and resists oxidation at low temperatures. An outer graduation and fixing notches on the upper outer edge allow setting and maintaining dimensions for a smooth result; the frame is waterproof when placed on a flat baking support. Suitable for use in freezer, deep freezer, blast chiller, refrigerator and oven. Do not use with liquid preparations. Dishwasher-safe for easy care.

Advantages

The spring stainless steel construction ensures both flexibility for easy mould release and enough rigidity to retain sharp angles and shape. Fixing notches on the outer upper edge provide precise size adjustment and secure closure for uniform results. Low-temperature resistance prevents oxidation during freezing or chilling processes. Outer graduations help with quick dimension checking. The mould is compatible with multiple storage and cooking environments and is dishwasher-safe for convenient cleaning.

How to use

Set the frame to the required size by aligning the fixing notches on the outer upper edge and placing the mould on a flat baking support to ensure watertight contact. Assemble and secure the frame before adding non-liquid preparations such as mousses, creams, sponge batters or chilled cake layers. After setting or baking, release the mould by gently expanding the spring frame to allow easy unmoulding. Clean after use according to care instructions.

Recommendations

Do not use the mould with fluid, pourable liquids. For best results with chilled or frozen desserts, ensure the frame is properly secured on a flat support to maintain a smooth edge and avoid leakage.
