Fitting EK Water Blocks mosaz titanium

The EK Water Blocks 3831109909003 Brass Titanium fitting is a precision-machined adapter intended for custom PC water cooling systems. Made from CNC-machined brass with a satin titanium finish, this single-piece fitting features a standard G1/4" male thread with an o-ring on one end and a push-in male section with dual o-rings on the other. It is designed specifically for use with EK-Quantum Reflection² distribution plates and facilitates secure, leak-resistant connections between the distro plate and compatible components.

Advantages

This fitting reduces the need to screw fittings directly into the distribution plate by using a push-in connection on one side and a sealed G1/4" threaded connection on the other, which simplifies installation and reduces mechanical strain when attaching radiators. The brass construction provides durability and reliable sealing, while the satin titanium finish offers corrosion resistance and a consistent appearance with other metal cooling components. The knurled midsection improves grip during installation and removal.

Suitable for

• Custom water cooling loops using EK-Quantum Reflection² distribution plates
• Connecting radiators, such as 420 mm radiators, to Reflection² distro-plates
• Retrofit or maintenance tasks where reduced torque and easier disconnection are preferred

Key specifications

• Material: CNC-machined brass
• Finish: Satin titanium (satin silver appearance)
• Thread type: G1/4" male thread with o-ring seal
• Push-in connection: Male push-in section with two o-rings for direct insertion into compatible distro plates
• Design feature: Knurled midsection for improved grip
• Sold as: Single fitting

How to use

Ensure the EK-Quantum Reflection² distribution plate and mating component ports are clean and free of debris. Insert the push-in male section into the compatible port of the Reflection² distro plate until the dual o-rings seat fully and provide a firm seal. Screw the G1/4" male threaded end into the matching female port on the radiator or other component, taking care not to overtighten; the o-ring on the threaded end provides the primary seal. Use the knurled midsection to hold and turn the fitting during installation or removal.

Recommendations

Use this fitting only with compatible EK-Quantum Reflection² distribution plates and matching G1/4" threaded components. Inspect o-rings for damage before installation and replace if necessary. Avoid excessive force when inserting or removing the push-in section to prevent wear to the o-rings and ports. Periodically check connections for leaks during initial operation and after system transport.
