F svěrka Bessey EZXL60-9

The Bessey EZXL60-9 F-clamp provides a 600 mm clamping opening in a one-handed design, combining plastic components and hardened steel rails for durable, secure clamping. It belongs to the EZ range offering tool-free conversion between clamping and spreading on larger sizes and includes protective plastic caps with a cross prism for reliable holding of round, pointed and angular workpieces. The clamp weighs approximately 1.57 kg and is intended for workshop tasks in woodworking and metalworking where steady, repeatable fixing is required.

Advantages

The clamp features an ergonomic two-component plastic handle with a pump lever positioned behind the rail for safe operation from both directions, and a release handle integrated into the grip for quick sliding-bar adjustment and fast release. Construction uses fibreglass-reinforced polyamide for top and bottom parts and hardened, tempered, burnished steel for the profiled rails, while the plastic housing protects the grip mechanism from dust and chips. The cross prism in the protective caps improves secure fastening of different-shaped pieces.

Suitable for

• Woodworking clamping and glue-ups
• Metalworking and light fabrication fixtures
• Holding round, pointed or angular workpieces during assembly
• Quick one-handed clamping tasks on-site or in the workshop

Key specifications

• Model: Bessey EZXL60-9 (MPN: EZXL60-9)
• EAN: 4008158041223
• Clamping opening: 600 mm
• Weight: approx. 1.57 kg
• Materials: fibreglass-reinforced polyamide components, hardened/tempered/burnished steel rails

How to use

Position the fixed jaw against the workpiece, slide the movable jaw along the rail to approximate the required spacing, then operate the pump lever on the two-component handle until the required clamping force is reached. Use the integrated release handle in the grip to quickly adjust the sliding bar or to release the clamp. For spreading mode (if applicable on the size), convert the top section as described in the manufacturer instructions to use the clamp for spreading rather than clamping.

Recommendations

Inspect the rails and protective caps for debris before use, and avoid exceeding the intended clamping force for delicate materials. Store the clamp in a dry place to preserve the polyamide parts and steel rails.
