The DICOTA D31731 Laptop Dock is a compact USB-C 4-in-1 hub that expands connectivity for modern slim notebooks. With a white compact housing (90 mm × 60 mm × 15.7 mm) and a lightweight design, it adds additional USB-A and USB-C ports while supporting USB Power Delivery up to 100W. The hub is compatible with macOS, Windows and other USB-C supported devices and works without additional drivers thanks to plug-and-play functionality.

Advantages

The dock provides two USB-A ports and two USB-C ports in a small footprint, enabling data transfer and device charging. One USB-A port supports Battery Charging (BC1.2) at up to 7.5 W plus data, the second USB-A supports data up to 5 Gbps and charging for connected devices. One USB-C port supports data transfer up to 5 Gbps and device charging, while the right-side USB-C port supports either downstream data at up to 5 Gbps or upstream USB Power Delivery charging up to 100 W. No driver installation is required.

If you need to charge a laptop or provide upstream power, connect a USB-C PD power adapter to the right-side USB-C PD port; the hub will negotiate power delivery up to 100 W. For standard data transfer and device charging, use the respective USB-A or USB-C ports as labelled. No additional software or driver installation is required.

Recommendations

For stable charging at high wattage, use a USB-C PD power adapter rated for the required power and a quality USB-C cable that supports Power Delivery. Avoid using multiple high-power devices simultaneously if the external power source cannot provide sufficient PD output.
