Díl chladicího systému Bitspower BP-MB90R

The Bitspower BP-MB90R is a compact 90-degree rotary fitting designed for liquid cooling loops in computer systems. Manufactured from high-quality brass with a deep black electroplated finish, this fitting combines durability and corrosion resistance with a low-profile form factor. Its hi-flow internal geometry and dual 360-degree rotation capability allow flexible tubing routing while minimising flow restriction, making it suitable for tight builds and demanding cooling configurations.

Advantages

This fitting offers a true hi-flow design that maintains coolant throughput while changing flow direction. The brass construction ensures mechanical strength and long-term reliability, while the deep black e-plated surface provides additional protection against corrosion and improves system aesthetics. A hiding O-ring design reduces visible sealing elements and helps preserve a clean appearance. The compact dimensions make it practical for installations where space is limited.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loops requiring a compact 90-degree turn
• Tight case layouts where space-saving fittings are needed
• Tubing with inner diameter 1/4" and outer diameter 3/8" (ID1/4" OD3/8")
• Installations that benefit from fittings with full rotational adjustment

Key specifications

• Material: High-quality brass
• Finish: Deep black electroplated (E-plated)
• Form factor: 90-degree rotary with dual 360-degree rotation
• Design: Hi-flow internal geometry
• Sealing: Hiding O-ring design
• Dimensions: approximately 18 x 18 x 31.8 mm
• Compatibility: for tubing ID 1/4" and OD 3/8"
• Standards: RoHS compliant

How to use

Confirm tubing size (ID 1/4" OD 3/8") and ensure the cooling loop is drained and depressurised before installation. Attach the fitting to the appropriate port or compression fitting using the provided sealing surfaces; the hiding O-ring must be seated correctly to ensure a watertight connection. Rotate the fitting as needed using its dual 360-degree joints to achieve the desired tubing direction and then secure the tubing with the corresponding compression ring or clamp according to your system's fittings. After installation, perform a pressure or leak test before powering the system.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, use compatible soft tubing of the specified dimensions and avoid over-tightening the fitting to preserve the O-ring seal and electroplated finish. Perform regular inspections for leaks and corrosion, and follow standard water-cooling maintenance practices such as periodic coolant replacement and system flushing.
