DIGITUS Professional Patch kabel - CAT6 - U/UTP - Snagless - 3 m - černý

The DIGITUS Category 6 Class E patch cords provide high-end quality and compliance with current network cabling standards. Designed and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 Category 6 specifications, these patch cords deliver reliable performance up to 250 MHz, including parameters such as near-end crosstalk (NEXT). Each cable features a molded boot with kink protection, strain relief and a latch guard to protect the connector clip. The transparent red connector allows quick identification of Category 6 cabling.

Advantages

These Category 6 patch cords ensure channel compliance with ISO & EN requirements and are manufactured for consistent performance up to 250 MHz. The molded boot reduces cable stress and includes latch protection to prevent breakage of the locking lever. The transparent red plug simplifies visual identification of Category 6 links in structured cabling installations.

Key specifications

• Standard: ISO/IEC 11801, DIN EN 50173 Category 6 (Class E)
• Performance frequency: up to 250 MHz
• Tested parameters: includes NEXT (near-end crosstalk)
• Connector color: transparent red for easy identification
• Connector features: molded boot with kink protection, strain relief and latch guard

How to use

Connect the patch cord between compliant network equipment and patch panels or outlets, ensuring both ends are fully inserted until the latch engages. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; the molded boot provides kink protection but proper cable management improves long-term performance. When disconnecting, press the latch guard and pull on the connector body rather than the cable to avoid damaging the strain relief.

Recommendations

For best results, use these Category 6 patch cords within an ISO/EN-compliant cabling channel and maintain appropriate cable management to preserve performance up to 250 MHz. Verify compatibility with your network devices and the installed infrastructure before deployment.
