Conteg vodicí lišty - rack lišta - RAL

Data centre technicians mounting heavy servers, UPS units, or network storage in 19-inch cabinets often struggle with flimsy rails that flex under load and complicate installation. The Conteg DP-DU-500 support rails eliminate that hassle: a fixed 4-point design that bolts securely to front and rear vertical posts, providing a rock-solid foundation for equipment up to 50 kg per pair. The 450 mm depth suits standard 600 mm-deep racks, while the powder-coated black finish (RAL 9005) resists corrosion and blends seamlessly into any rack interior. All M6 cage nuts and screws are included, so you can complete the job without extra hardware runs.

Why choose it

These rails are built for reliability in demanding environments. The fixed design means no moving parts to wear out or misalign, ensuring your equipment stays perfectly level. The steel construction and powder coating provide long-term durability, while the 50 kg rating covers most servers, UPS systems, and network appliances. Installation is straightforward: align the rails to your rack's vertical rails, insert the included cage nuts, and tighten the screws. No special tools required.

Ideal use cases

• Mounting 1U to 4U servers in data centres and server rooms
• Supporting rack-mount UPS units for power backup
• Installing network switches, routers, and storage arrays
• Adding fixed rails to any 19-inch cabinet for heavy equipment
• Retrofitting existing racks with stronger support

Good to know

The rails do not consume additional U-space; they mount within the existing U positions of your equipment. The 450 mm length is optimised for cabinets with a minimum depth of 600 mm, but can be used in deeper racks with proper front mounting. For uneven loads, always distribute weight evenly across both rails. The black RAL 9005 finish matches most rack interiors, maintaining a professional appearance.
