How to use

Place the Emerio Schokoladenbrunnen on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from edges. Assemble the tiers and auger according to the included manual, then pour pre-melted chocolate into the basin. Switch the unit to the heating mode to reach proper melting temperature if needed, then activate the motor to start the chocolate circulation. Adjust heat briefly to obtain a smooth, even flow; avoid running the fountain continuously for extended periods beyond recommended use. After use, turn off and unplug the unit, allow it to cool, then disassemble removable parts for cleaning following the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.

Recommendations

Use couverture or chocolate specifically formulated for fountains and, if required, thin the chocolate with a small amount of vegetable oil to achieve the recommended pouring consistency. Do not overfill the basin and avoid introducing large amounts of cold items directly into the fountain at once to maintain consistent flow and prevent motor strain. Follow safety guidance in the manual regarding electrical connections and cleaning procedures.
