Brúsný list Metabo 635208000

The Metabo Hook and loop sanding sheets (100 x 150 mm, P 100) are abrasive sheets designed for efficient sanding of metal and wood surfaces. Each sheet has nine dust-extraction holes and a hook-and-loop backing to enable quick attachment to compatible sanding pads. Sold in packs of 10, these sanding sheets combine standard dimensions with medium-grade P100 grit for general-purpose material removal, surface preparation and smoothing.

Advantages

These Metabo sanding sheets offer consistent abrasive performance across the surface with a medium P100 grit suitable for removing minor imperfections and preparing surfaces for finishing. The nine-hole pattern aligns with common extractor-equipped sanding pads to improve dust removal during operation. The hook-and-loop backing facilitates fast sheet changes and secure retention during sanding. Sheets are sized for use with hand-held and orbital sanders that accept 100 x 150 mm sheets.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing bare or painted wood surfaces
• Deburring and surface preparation of metal parts
• Preparing surfaces before primer, paint or varnish application
• General-purpose sanding with compatible 100 x 150 mm orbital sanders

Key specifications

• Sheet dimensions: 100 x 150 mm
• Abrasive grit: P100 (medium)
• Dust extraction: 9-hole pattern for connection to extractor-equipped sanding pads
• Attachment system: hook-and-loop (Velcro-style) backing for quick changes
• Pack quantity: 10 sheets

How to use

Ensure the sanding pad on your sander is compatible with 100 x 150 mm hook-and-loop sheets and aligns with the nine-hole pattern for optimal dust extraction. Attach the sheet by pressing the abrasive side onto the pad so the holes match the pad’s extraction ports. Operate the sander at the manufacturer-recommended speed and apply even, moderate pressure to avoid gouging the workpiece. Replace worn sheets promptly to maintain consistent abrasive efficiency and surface finish.

Recommendations

For best results, start with P100 to remove small defects or old finishes, then progress to finer grits as needed. Use a connected dust extractor or vacuum whenever possible to reduce airborne dust and improve visibility. Store unused sheets flat in a dry environment to prevent warping or premature clogging.
