Brusný list Metabo 635196000 10 ks

The Metabo 635196000 sanding sheet accessory includes ten sanding sheets sized 133 mm × 80 mm designed for use with compatible handheld sanders and sanding pads. These sheets are intended to deliver consistent abrasive performance for smoothing wood, painted surfaces, and other materials where a flat, even finish is required. Supplied as a pack of 10, the sheets are suitable for replacement during routine sanding tasks and for keeping a steady workflow on small-to-medium projects.

Advantages

These sanding sheets offer uniform abrasive coverage across the surface area and a standardized size that fits many compact sanding tools. The pack contains multiple sheets to reduce downtime for replacements and to ensure a consistent finish across successive sanding operations. The sheets are thin and flexible enough to conform to slightly contoured surfaces while maintaining sufficient rigidity for flat sanding.

Suitable for

• Sanding and finishing wooden surfaces
• Preparing painted or varnished surfaces for repainting
• Smoothing filler or putty before final finishing
• Light deburring and surface preparation on soft materials

Key specifications

• Quantity: 10 pieces per pack
• Sheet dimensions: 133 mm (width) × 80 mm (depth)
• Compatibility: for use with sanding pads and compact handheld sanders that accept 133×80 mm sheets
• Form: flat, rectangular sanding sheets

How to use

Select the appropriate grit grade for the task, attach the sanding sheet to the compatible sanding pad or tool according to the tool manufacturer's instructions, and operate the sander at the recommended speed. Apply even pressure and move the sander along the workpiece following the grain on wood or the desired sanding direction on other materials. Replace sheets as soon as abrasive performance declines to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

Use progressively finer grits for best results when moving from material removal to finishing stages; always follow safety guidance such as wearing eye and respiratory protection when sanding, and ensure proper dust extraction where possible.
