Advantages

These sanding pads deliver uniform abrasion and a stable attachment to compatible backing plates, helping to maintain an even finish. The pack quantity reduces downtime caused by changing worn pads and supports sustained productivity. Constructed for durability, the pads resist premature wear and are balanced to reduce vibration during operation, contributing to a reliable sanding process.

Suitable for

• Surface preparation before painting or varnishing
• Removing old finishes and smoothing wood
• Intermediate sanding between coats
• Light material removal on composite and laminated surfaces

Key specifications

• Pack quantity: 50 pieces
• Compatibility: for use with FEIN orbital and detail sanders that accept this pad format
• Intended surfaces: wood, painted surfaces, composites, laminates
• Typical attachment: hook-and-loop or compatible fastening system for quick pad changes

How to use

Fit a sanding pad securely onto the sander’s backing plate according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Select an appropriate grit (if multiple grits are present in the set) for the task: coarser grits for rapid material removal and finer grits for final smoothing. Operate the sander at recommended speeds, apply even pressure, and move the tool in overlapping passes to achieve a uniform finish. Replace pads when abrasive performance diminishes or the pad becomes clogged.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as dust masks and eye protection when sanding. Store pads in a dry environment to maintain adhesion and abrasive integrity. Match pad grit to the specific stage of work for optimal results and longer pad life.
