BlueOptics SFP3131BU20MK InfiniBand optický kabel 20 m LC

BlueOptics SFP3131BU20MK is a 20 meter duplex LC-LC single-mode fiber optic patch cord with laser-optimized G.657.A1 fiber (E9/125 µm core) in yellow. The cable is designed for InfiniBand and other high-speed networking applications and supports transmission at 1310 nm and 1550 nm. The jacket is low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH) to reduce smoke and avoid halogen release in case of fire.

Advantages

The SFP3131BU20MK offers low attenuation (0.4 dB/km typical), low insertion loss and high return loss. Connectors use zirconia ceramic ferrules and branded components from established manufacturers to ensure reliability and up to 1500 mating cycles. Each patch cord is tested with interferometer and OTDR and shipped with a measurement protocol documenting insertion loss and return loss. The cable meets Telcordia GR-326-Core and common industry standards and norms including IEC and RoHS.

How to use

Inspect connectors and ports for contamination before mating. Align and insert the duplex LC connectors into the corresponding LC ports on transceivers or patch panels until they click. Avoid sharp bends and maintain the fiber minimum bend radius to prevent excess loss; secure the cable to avoid strain on connectors. When removing, press the LC latch and pull straight out to avoid damage.

Recommendations

Store the patch cord coiled loosely and protected from dust and mechanical stress. Clean connector endfaces with appropriate fiber cleaning tools before each connection. For custom lengths or bulk installations, verify insertion loss requirements and request measurement reports to ensure link performance.
