BlueOptics QSFP-100G-AOC-25M-BO InfiniBand optický kabel 25m samec/samec

The BlueOptics QSFP-100G-AOC-25M-BO InfiniBand fibre optic cable 25m Male/Male is a 25‑metre active optical cable with QSFP28 male connectors on both ends. Designed for high‑speed links, it implements a multimode optical connection with integrated transmitter and receiver modules on each end to support 100G transmission over short distances. The cable conforms to MSA-style QSFP28 connectivity and is intended for use in data centres and high‑performance computing environments where reliable, high‑bandwidth interconnects are required.

Advantages

This active optical cable provides 100G connectivity over a 25 m multimode fibre link with QSFP28 male-to-male termination, enabling compact, low-latency connections between compatible switches, routers and storage equipment. Integrated optical transceivers at both ends eliminate the need for separate pluggable modules, simplifying installation and reducing the number of discrete components. The construction is aimed at stable signal integrity and consistent throughput for demanding applications such as Ethernet and Fibre Channel over Ethernet.

How to use

Install the BlueOptics QSFP-100G-AOC-25M-BO by inserting each QSFP28 male connector into the corresponding QSFP28 port on network devices, ensuring the latch engages securely. No additional transceivers are required since the optical transceivers are built into the cable ends. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and protect it from mechanical stress; the cable is intended for short‑reach interconnects within racks and between adjacent racks in a data centre.

Recommendations

Confirm device compatibility with AOC cables and QSFP28 MSA ports before deployment. Maintain minimum bend radius and avoid excessive tension on the cable. Use in environments where 25 m multimode AOC links meet the required signal integrity and performance for 100G Ethernet or Fibre Channel over Ethernet applications.
