BlueOptics MA-CBL-TA-1M-BL InfiniBand optický kabel SFP+ 1m samec/samec

The BlueOptics MA-CBL-TA-1M-BL InfiniBand fibre optic cable SFP+ 1m male/male is a 1-metre duplex optical cable designed for high-speed data links between devices with SFP+ ports. It uses InfiniBand-compatible optical technology and SFP+ terminations to provide reliable, low-latency connections for storage networks, switches and servers. The cable’s 1 m length and male-to-male SFP+ connectors make it suitable for short-reach interconnects in racks and network cabinets.

Advantages

This InfiniBand SFP+ cable delivers high bandwidth and low latency appropriate for demanding networking and storage environments. The 1 metre length reduces signal attenuation and keeps cable management compact in dense installations. Male SFP+ terminations ensure straightforward plug-and-play compatibility with SFP+ ports without adapters. The cable construction provides stable optical performance and consistent data transfer rates for predictable network behaviour.

How to use

Ensure both devices have compatible SFP+ ports and are powered down or in a state that permits hot-plugging if supported. Align the SFP+ connector keying and gently insert each end into the corresponding SFP+ socket until it latches. Verify link status LEDs on the connected equipment to confirm a proper optical link. If required, consult network device documentation to configure link settings or enable specific protocols for InfiniBand or Ethernet over SFP+.

Recommendations

Use the cable in clean rack environments and avoid sharp bends or tight cable ties that could stress the optical fibres. For reliable performance, keep the length suitable to the planned topology (this 1 m cable is intended for short, internal interconnects) and store unused connectors with protective caps when disconnected.
