BlueOptics InfiniBand optický kabel 3 m LC samec-samec

The BlueOptics InfiniBand Fibre Optic Cable 3m LC Male-Male is a 3-meter single-mode fibre patch cable with LC connectors on both ends. Designed for InfiniBand and high-speed optical links, this cable provides point-to-point connectivity between compatible networking equipment. The male-to-male LC configuration supports direct connections of transceivers, switches, routers and server interface modules where LC ports are used.

Advantages

This 3 m BlueOptics cable offers a compact LC-LC connector pair that is suitable for dense rack and patch panel environments. It is engineered for reliable, low-loss optical transmission over short to medium link distances and is compatible with systems that accept LC male connectors. The cable’s construction prioritizes consistent signal quality and straightforward integration into existing InfiniBand and fibre-optic infrastructures.

How to use

Inspect both LC connectors and the transceiver or port faces for dust before making a connection. Align each LC connector with the corresponding LC port on the transceiver, switch or patch panel and insert until it clicks or seats securely. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and maintain the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius. When removing the cable, release any latch or clip and pull the connector straight out to avoid stressing the fibre.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, keep connector end-faces clean using approved fibre cleaning tools and avoid excessive bending or crushing of the cable. Use the 3 m length where short, tidy connections are needed within racks or between adjacent equipment to minimise excess slack and reduce insertion loss risks.
