BlueOptics ATYX-BO InfiniBand/optický kabel 1 m SFP+ samec/samec

The BlueOptics ATYX-BO InfiniBand/fibre optic cable 1 m SFP+ Male/Male is a 1-metre multimode fibre cable with SFP+ compatible connectors designed for high-speed links between switches, servers and storage equipment. The cable supports InfiniBand and fibre-optic network interfaces, providing low-latency transmission and stable signal integrity for short-reach connections in rack and data-centre environments.

Advantages

This SFP+ male-to-male fibre cable offers consistent data throughput and reduced electromagnetic interference compared with copper alternatives. Its compact 1 m length minimizes excess cabling in dense rack deployments while maintaining reliable physical connection and mechanical durability. The cable is compatible with SFP+ ports, enabling straightforward installation and hot-plug use when replacing or expanding fibre links.

How to use

Insert each SFP+ connector into the matching SFP+ port on your network devices until the latch clicks, ensuring correct orientation. Use the 1 m cable to connect adjacent units in a rack or neighbouring racks to reduce slack and improve airflow. Verify link status in your device management interface and check for optical transceiver compatibility if using third-party modules. Remove the cable by pressing the release mechanism on each connector before gentle withdrawal.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable free of sharp bends and maintain minimum bend radius as specified by the fibre type. Use clean protective caps on unused connectors and perform optical cleaning when replacing or re-terminating links. Choose this 1 m SFP+ fibre cable when short, high-bandwidth connections and low latency are required in rack-based network setups.
