Bit do šroubováku Wiha 284 1 ks

The Wiha 284 screwdriver bit is manufactured from chromium-vanadium steel and designed to deliver consistent strength and wear resistance. It features a 4 mm hexagonal shank and a 150 mm overall length, providing extended reach for fastening tasks while remaining lightweight at approximately 33 g. The precision-machined tip and balanced profile make the bit suitable for handheld drivers and powered screwdrivers that accept hex shanks.

Advantages

The chromium-vanadium steel construction offers high tensile strength and improved wear resistance compared with standard tool steels. The 4 mm hexagonal shank ensures secure engagement in hex chucks and quick-change holders, reducing cam-out and slippage. At 150 mm length the bit provides easier access to recessed or hard-to-reach fasteners while the low weight supports comfortable prolonged use. Precision tip geometry supports accurate fit to fastener heads, lowering the risk of damage to screws.

Suitable for

• Assembly and disassembly of machinery and equipment with hex-compatible fasteners
• Electrical and electronics work where extended reach is required
• Automotive maintenance for interior and bodywork fasteners
• DIY home repairs and furniture assembly

Key specifications

• Material: chromium-vanadium steel
• Shank shape: hexagonal
• Shank size: 4 mm
• Overall length: 150 mm
• Weight: approximately 33 g
• Tip: precision-machined

How to use

Insert the 4 mm hex shank into a compatible driver or quick-change adapter until it seats securely. For manual use, pair with a hex bit holder or a handle designed for hex bits; for powered drivers, ensure the chuck or holder supports the shank profile. Apply steady, controlled torque appropriate to the fastener material and size to avoid over-tightening. After use, inspect the tip for deformation and store the bit in a protective bit case to maintain tip geometry.

Recommendations

Use the bit only with drivers and holders rated for hex shanks; avoid impact use unless the bit and holder are specifically rated for impact applications. Keep the bit clean and free of burrs; replace when tip wear affects fit. For precision work, verify fit before applying torque and use correct torque settings where applicable.
