Alcatel Lucent OmniTouch Provisioning API pro 8770

Managing user accounts and service assignments across a large enterprise telephony environment can be a time-consuming and error-prone process when done manually. The Alcatel-Lucent OmniTouch Provisioning API for the 8770 Unified Communications Suite eliminates this bottleneck by providing a programmatic interface to automate the entire user lifecycle. This web service API enables your IT systems to create, modify, and delete users, assign or unassign voice, video, presence, instant messaging, conferencing, and voicemail services, and manage user profiles directly on the OmniTouch 8770 platform. By integrating with your existing HR systems, CRM, or identity management solutions, you can ensure that employee communication services are always up-to-date without manual intervention.

This API is intended for system integrators, developers, and IT administrators who need to streamline UC user provisioning in medium to large enterprises.
