Síťový kabel CABLETIME Cat7 S/STP 5 m, černý

CABLETIME Cat7 S/STP 5 m network cable in black provides shielded Ethernet connectivity for installations that require reduced electromagnetic interference and improved signal integrity. The cable uses a screened S/STP construction and is designed to meet Cat7 performance levels for high-speed wired networks. With a 5-meter length and flexible outer jacket, it is intended for LAN installations, server rooms, home networks and for connecting routers, switches or patch panels with standard RJ45 terminations.

Advantages

The S/STP shielding reduces EMI and crosstalk compared with unshielded cables, supporting more stable connections in environments with electrical noise. The 5 m length offers a balance between reach and tidy cable management. The flexible jacket facilitates routing through conduits and behind furniture while maintaining reliable RJ45 termination. Compatibility with Cat7 performance ensures suitability for demanding Ethernet applications where cable shielding is required.

Suitable for

• LAN installations in offices and commercial spaces
• Server rooms and rack-mounted equipment connections
• Home network setups connecting routers, switches and NAS devices
• Patch panel and structured cabling deployments

Key specifications

• EAN: 6975285505592
• Category: Network Cables — Cat7
• Construction: S/STP (screened shielded twisted pair)
• Length: 5 m
• Color: Black
• Connector: RJ45 termination (standard)

How to use

Route the CABLETIME Cat7 S/STP cable between devices ensuring minimal sharp bends to preserve internal pair integrity. Insert the RJ45 plugs into corresponding network ports on routers, switches, patch panels or network cards until they click into place. If used within structured cabling, label both ends and secure the cable with appropriate ties or cable management accessories to avoid strain on the connectors. For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to power lines or sources of strong electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

For optimal results in shielded environments, ensure proper grounding of patch panels and shielded connectors when integrating the S/STP cable into existing infrastructure. Use the 5 m length where a short, direct run is required to minimize excess slack and potential signal reflections.
