Bit do šroubováku Wera 20 BTH PZ 2

Screwdriver Bit Wera 20 BTH PZ 2 is a set of 20 Pozidriv PZ 2 bits in a practical Bit-Box. Each bit features an elastic torsion zone that diverts kinetic energy under peak loads and a softer BiTorsion zone that prevents the bit tip from twisting during overloads, extending service life. The set includes colour coding by profile and size stamp, an extra-hard design, and a 1/4" hex shank compatible with holders conforming to DIN ISO 1173-D 6.3.

Advantages

The BiTorsion design reduces tip breakage and wear by absorbing shock and torsional peaks. Colour coding and size stamps speed up bit selection. The extra-hard material improves durability for repeated use, and the 1/4" hex shank ensures compatibility with standard bit holders and quick-change systems. The included plastic Bit-Box provides organised storage and protection for the 20-piece set.

Suitable for

• Assembly and repair work with Pozidriv PZ 2 screws
• Use with power drivers and manual handles that accept 1/4" hex bits
• Industrial and workshop applications requiring durable bits
• Mobile toolkits and on-site service where organised storage is needed

How to use

Select the Pozidriv PZ 2 bit using the colour coding or size stamp and insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible holder or screwdriver. For power tools, set an appropriate torque and drive speed to avoid overtightening. Apply steady pressure and allow the BiTorsion zone to absorb peak loads. After use, return bits to the Bit-Box to keep them organised and protected.

Recommendations

For best results, use the bits with drivers that accept 1/4" hex shanks and select torque settings suitable for Pozidriv screws. Inspect bits regularly for wear and replace them when the tip geometry degrades to maintain screw engagement and prevent damage.
